May God's unexplainable peace be with you all today as you celebrate and reflect on a life well lived and respected by soooo many far and near. You all have sooo much to be proud of being connected to such a woman of God with such tenacity and elegance. To have tenacity is remarkable in and of itself but when coupled with elegance and style it takes it to another level of momentum and strength with a purpose. And this, I would say, is what defined Auntie Laney๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพโค๏ธ WE LOVE YOU ALL, MR & MRS JERVY AND TARA HARPER

Dear Williams family I feel very honored to have known Delaney. She had a sweet spirit and was an encourager. We attended the same university, but I really didn't get to know her until she started our FMU Alumni Association . She always pushed us to represent FMU well. She has been and will be missed. I'm at a loss for words. I truly don't know what to say. To Chip, Tonya and the kids or your children I did not know that Delaney was ill. She told me that she had been in the hospital when we spoke after I lost my brother a couple of months ago. Oh my God I just can't believe this. Delaney was such a sweet spirit. I know she resting in peace with her family now and that's the way God planned it. I will continue to pray for you guys and you do the same for me. God Bless you all and know that God does not make any mistakes. It was her time to rest! I love you all Deborah Bellamy Paige

Words cannot begin to describe what a MAGNIFICENT WOMAN Delaney was in this earth. She's affectionately known as my "DD", & always expressed genuine love, compassion, and even her 2 cents when it wasn't needed ( LOL) , but that's what made her, HER. There will never be another - as she can never be duplicated nor imitated. Her stamp on this life was permanently made. I can only imagine her hearing the words "Well Done thy good and faithful servant!" She lived, loved and was LOVED. May God richly bless and keep the entire Williams crew and connected families. May His supernatural peace rest on all affected that surpasses all human understanding in Jesus' Name. With much love and prayers - Juanita Jones & family.

Words cannot express what I am feeling. Delaney was a woman that I admired and respected so very much. She has always showed me love, as she would call me her "beautiful baby". Delaney was a fighter and she did it with such grace. She never complained. Rest on my dear sister until we meet again. Much Love, Juanita Franklin Banton & Rohan Banton
