Mr. Leroy Belin (57) passed on Friday, May 12th, 2023, at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC.
The family is receiving friends at 2132 Ozelma Drive Dillon, SC 29536.
Viewing of Mr. Leroy Belin will be Saturday, May 20th, 2023, from 1:00PM-5:00PM. (Riverdale)
Funeral Service for Mr. Leroy Belin will be Sunday, May 21st, 2023, at Spring Hill AME Church at 2:30PM.
Burial will follow at Thompson Memorial Gardens.

Leroy Belin, born May 15th, 1965, to the late George Belin Sr. and Margaret Mcclam Belin in Marion County, Marion, SC, departed May 12th, 2023, after an illness at McLeod Hospital in Dillon, SC. After his mom's death in 1975, Leroy and his siblings relocated to Dillon, SC and were adopted by their late aunt Avalonia Lewis Carmichael and maternal grandmother late Mattie Manning. Growing up in Riverdale, Roy affectionally called and his sister and brother thrived well out in the county where we all had family fun and food. He loved to watch his aunt Avolonia and grandmother Mattie cook and it paid off. He was an excellent "Ole Tymer Cook", fresh from scratch and could bake great delicious pies, cakes etc. Roy was a homemaker, hardworking young man, and had a heart of gold. Leroy was a member of Spring Hill A.M.E at an early age, becoming a trustee until declining health. He attended Dillon Schools and graduated with the class of 1983, after graduation he became employed with Dillon Yarn. Roy was a machine operator, promoted to maintenance supervisor working until closure of the plant. He was preceded in death by his brothers Theodore Belin and Michael Lynn Lewis. He leaves to cherish fond memories with Melissa Jones of home Dillon, SC. Five children Kernard (Brittany) McLellan of Dillon, SC Leroy Antonio "Man" Belin of Columbia, SC., Joslyn Jones and Bralyson Jones of the home Dillon, SC and Kristlin Thompson of Lake View, SC. One sister Mae Helen (Albert) Thompson of Fayetteville, NC, one brother John Calvin Belin of Charlotte, NC and a host of people he loved.Four nieces; Vanessa, Sharonda, Octavia and Courtney. Three nephews; Charles, Brandon, and Zack. Four grandchildren; Aniq McLellan, Kernard McLellan Jr., Kennedi McLellan, Isiah Antonio Moore Belin. Two uncles Luther Jr. Belin of Texas and David Belin of Boston, Massachusetts. Two aunts Lucille Belin of Boston, Massachusetts and Mae Edna of Marion, SC. Three Goddaughters; Makayla, Sierra S., Sierra T., Tasha Manning (friend). Leroy had many friends that he called family. Roy loved his family and friends wholeheartedly.
