Mr. Charles Warren Flack, 68, of 1810 Petty Road Kingstown, NC departed this life for his eternal home on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC. He was born on July 16, 1954 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Ray Thomas Flack and the late Mary Lee Reid Flack.

Mr. Flack may only be viewed on Thursday, May 18, 2023 during a reception of friends at Palmer Grove Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until 1:30 PM with funeral services following at 1:30. The family will receive friends also at the home on Wednesday, May 17th from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
