Ms. Evelyn Alston, age 64, of 95 Opie Frazier Road, Henderson, NC departed this life on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at her residence.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 17,2023 at 2:00pm at Rowland Chapel Christian Church, 2293 Epsom Rocky Ford Rd, Henderson, NC 27537. The Reverend Ronald Regular, Pastor will officiate and Reverend Thelma McClean will deliver the Eulogy.

She leaves to commemorate her life: one sister; Metricia Alston Talley of Henderson, NC; two brothers, Howard Alston of Raleigh, NC and Anthony Alston of Henderson, NC.; one God sister, Mary Alice Foster of Henderson, NC.; four aunts, Rev. Annie Davis (James), Rena Macon, Mildred Macon, all of Henderson, NC and Bertha Williams (Robert) of Raleigh, NC; three uncles, George Macon, JC Macon (Vivian), Min. Eddie Fogg all of Henderson, NC.; two great aunts, Betty Burwell of Henderson, NC and Della Champion of Kittrell, NC; “Her Babies” as she would have called them; Kelvin Yarborough, ShTone Sutton, Anjanee Thompson, and Breonna Alston; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She may be viewed on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 12noon until 5:00pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, NC.
