Mrs. Brown was a phenomenal leader and mentor to me. I will always cherish the memories of sitting at her table during the heat of summer, eating her homemade ice cream, as we discussed the orders of the day. I will truly miss her style, grace and words of encouragement. I pray she rests well and that her daughters are provided some comfort for the impactful life she led.

Rosa and I shared a friendship for more than 60 years. I will hold dear the times we shared on trips, going crabbing, shopping expeditions, cookouts, and just hanging out with family. Her friendship meant so much to me. We were family! My heart aches to lose such a beautiful person. Rest in perpetual peace, my friend. Gwen (Gwendy) Davis

Soror Rosa Brown is the true essence of a Finer Woman. I can remember her at conferences when I was just an Archonette and have watched her lead, guide and direct our organization to what we are experiencing today through our protocol and procedures. A true asset and visionary who will truly be missed.(LaWanda Harper)
