ALLEN, BENNIE L. Clearwater transitioned on April 11, 2023. A native of Valdosta, Georgia resided in California for several years and returning to Clearwater where he grew up and attended the public schools of Pinellas County. He was preceded in death by his parents Alexander, Sr and Dorena Rivers Allen, siblings Mary Allen, Annie Allen Williams, Alexander Allen, Jr., Johnny Lee Allen and Robert Allen.
