Sonya Serita Hill age 59 of Shelby, North Carolina transitioned on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Atrium Health Cleveland, Shelby, North Carolina.

She was born in Newark, New Jersey on January 2, 1964 to the late Clarence Cornelius Hill, Sr. and Ella Lee Hayes Hill.

Funeral Service is to be held Thursday, April 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Lawndale First Baptist with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.

The family will be at the home of 218 Potato Horse Road Lawndale, North Carolina 28090
