Elijah "Wing" Starks, 73, husband of Linda Carter Starks, died Monday, April 24,2023 at Pruitt Health of North Augusta, North Augusta, SC. He was born March 6, 1950 in Summerton, SC, a son of the late Charlie and Efra Gibson Starks.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC. Burial will follow in New Bethel Holiness Church Cemetery, Davis Cross Road Community of Summerton, SC.
