Sarah Helen Myrick, 61, of Hazlehurst, MS was born May 9, 1961 to Lewis Chism, Jr. and Wilma Butler Chism. She passed April 20, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., Westhaven Funeral Home Chapel, 19068 Highway 51, Hazlehurst, MS 39209.
