FUNERAL SERVICES: Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Bethel Baptist Church, 3003 25th St. Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Mr. Speight will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
BURIAL: Cedar Oak Memorial Park, 1401 Mimosa Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.

I am deeply saddened to hear the news of my good friend, my good buddy Speight. Rest in Heaven, my good friend! I will always remember breaking bread, chopping it up with you and our good friend, Alvin Horn. Those days were precious and priceless. Lots of laughs. I will always remember going by your home, breaking bread with you and your wife, Billie. Out of the years I have known you, I have never been "Henry" or "Hank". It was "Bubba" or "Bub".
