Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22, 2023, at David Hill Baptist Church. It is located at 651 Harper Rd, Perry, GA 31069. Burial will follow at Church Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Oselfiemure Okoturo; siblings, Robert Carswell , Johnny Carswell, Larry Carswell, William Carswell, Edna West (Gainet) and Cynthia Appling; a devoted friend, Jimmy Green; 4 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Viewing hours will be from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Friday, April 21, 2023.
