Mary Katherine Pollock Smith passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Her funeral service is 1:00 PM Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Arapahoe, NC. The interment will follow in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Linwood Smith of the home; sons, Michael Merritt, Elton Pollock, Apostle Roderick Merritt; daughters, Wanda Smith, Felecia Smith, Merry Banks, Karen Badger, Essie Minor; sister, Melvina Shelton; 18 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
