Obituary For Sherrett D. Reid

Mrs. Sherrett DeAnn Johnson Reid was born on December 12, 1981 to Mr. Terry Gresham and Ms. Patricia Johnson Boykin.

Sherrett studied for a number of years with the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

On Thursday, April 6th, 2023, Sherrett went to be with her Creator.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband Mr. Michael Jerome Reid; a loving father Mr. Terry (Debra)Gresham of Alabama; a loving mother Ms. Patricia Johnson Boykin of Covington, Ga.; two beautiful, loving daughters: Ms. Gi’Onnea Armstrong of Covington, Ga. and Ms. Ma’Kayla Tolbert of Siloam, Ga.; six brothers: Mr. Tyrus Johnson of Union Point, Terrance (Ravonda) White of Athens, Ga., Terry Gresham, Jr., Joseph Gresham & Julius Gresham all of Mississippi and the late Mr. Corey Thomas of Eatonton; three sisters: Sharanda Thomas of Eatonton, Shearea Gresham and Kim Gresham of Mississippi; two sisters-in-law: Angela (Sidney) Lawrence and Shantegus (Darryl) Reid of Siloam; three brothers-in-law: Mr. Melvin Reid, China Reid and Muhammad (Dionne) Geter of Greensboro; three aunts: Ms. Veronica (Johnny) Jernigan, Ms. Anita (Michael) Jones & Kendra Hull; one uncle: Mr. Leon Lewis, a loving grandmother: Mrs. Mattie Hull; nephews and nieces, Kemondre, Tyrus, Jalik, Jaequan, Derrion, Jamal, Johntravious, Shakayla, Montavious & Mahdjnae. A special niece, Taylor Johnson; one great niece Zia Armstrong and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services were Thursday, April 13, 2023 @1:00 pm from St. Paul Baptist Church, Woodville. With Rev. Michael Lumpkin, Eulogist
