Obituary For Stanley Wayne Bonds

Mr. Stanley Wayne Bonds, 61, of Winterville, GA passed away on April 6, 2023 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 12:00PM - 7:00PM at Barrett Funeral Home Oglethorpe, Crawford. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 1:00PM at the same location. Interment will be at Crawford Cemetery immediately following the service.

Without warning, our Dearly Beloved Wayne was called to be with our Lord. This has been such a shock and we are going to miss him so very much. Wayne was a beautiful and delightful pillar of strength for his entire family. He was always there to greet you and help carry your bags in before your foot could hit the ground from your car. Children and grandchildren looked up to Wayne as their Guardian Angel who was always there with a helpful, watchful and loving eye on them. In this busy household, Wayne took charge of organizing and stocking various food products to maintain easy retrieval for the numerous and plentiful family meals as well as others whom this generous and loving family reached out to. Wayne was quietly pleasant and joyful. He never complained. He just was always there for you with a happy smile and a willing hand. Wayne died on the feast of our Lord's Last Supper! We can't help but to feel that Jesus needed Wayne's assistance to remind us all that Jesus is always with us as He changed Bread and Wine into his Body and Blood at the Last Supper and said, "Do This in Remembrance of Me". Our Dearest Wayne, we are happy for you to be with Jesus, helping Him to serve His banquet to the entire earth. We will always feel your graceful presence and know that you are still our Guardian Angel watching out and over us. We love you so very much, Wayne! Thank you for all that you did for us here on Cotton Circle. We will miss you so very, very much! Please give Jesus a kiss on the cheek for us and tell Him how grateful we are for all the love He showers on this family. ✝️❤😘✝️❤😘✝️❤😘
