I have many aunts; and I have adored them all. But there is only one AUNTIE; and we always had a ball. Whether playing cards, shopping or a road trip; growing up I was always on her hip. AUNTIE was a blessing; and I'm grateful just how far God has brought her. AUNTIE loved me like I was more than a niece; she loved me like a bonus daughter. AUNTIE is the original "Momtie"; long before the term was created or understood. She would burn in the kitchen, grip wheels like Nascar, rock a designer suit like no one's business, and SLAYED silver hair early like no one else EVER could. While I'm saddened you're no longer here with me; in my heart you are never far. In my eyes you are the incomparable, the one and only AUNTIE, the ORIGINAL MOMTIE and my FOREVER ROCK STAR. Love you forever in this life and the next! Stacy Mae

Mom ~ From my first breath you have always been there for me. You cared for me when I was sick and held my hand when I needed you. You knew exactly when to release my hand and let me fly on my own. Your guidance and support helped me to be who I am today. I learned early that I had to share you with the world because of who you are. You provided care for those ill, and there wasn't a place we could go without someone coming up to you to chat or get a hug from you. Shopping trips and other adventures always took a little longer as you smiled and took the time to engage with others. I will always hold dear to my heart our daily phone chats and laughter each night while cooking dinner, and talking about any and everything. These special times together will be forever embedded in my memories and in my heart. Just as you watched me take my first breath, I watched you take your last breath, and though there will always be a void in my heart from missing you, your words, "Bunny, I'm at peace" have given me the strength to release your hand for now, and watch you fly. Your words and your faith give me the strength to carry on while holding on to loving memories of our many special moments. You will always be within every thought I think and every breath I take. Welcome home! Open your arms and embrace your three precious children that you so dearly loved and have been missing. You and I use to talk about the birds singing. It took me awhile but I get it now, and of course you were right! I love you Mom. ~ Your "Bunny" Yvonne

Grandma- I am at a loss for words. It's hard to imagine you're gone. I will remember your wisdom, guidance and thoughtful conversation. I will forever cherish the memories. Being out of school and watching TV together. Your gratitude and willingness to help others is praiseworthy. I admire your courage and strength, never fearful and always smiling. Right now there are a lot of tears and sadness but, I know you have found peace. I will push forward because I know that is what you would want. I know your presence will be with me for every journey, milestone and achievement. I promise to keep your spirit and memory alive. You are deeply missed.
