Mrs. Lucy Carter, age 100, of Warrenton, North Carolina departed this life on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Warren Hills Nursing Center in Warrenton, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 2:30pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster funeral services, 149 Holland Bland Rd. Warrenton, N.C. 27589.The Reverend Carson Jones will be officiating.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her granddaughter: Dr. Kourtney Carter, and two great-grandchildren, Mason Carter and Kamden Carter of Atlanta, Georgia along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
