OBITUARY:

Moss Peter Greer was born March 10, 1933, to the late Gertrude Park Greer and J.D. Greer of Lexington, MS.

He confessed Christ at an early age where he devoted his life to the devotion of Christ. He later joined St. Matthew Church of God in Christ in Lexington, MS.

He was preceded in death by his wife Rosie Williams Greer; One son, James Greer and 7 grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memories; 21 Biological children and 5 by marriage; Willie Mae Greer, Earlean Greer, Lester Greer, Ida Thurmond, Timothy Thurmond, Moss Greer, Dennis(Debra) Thurmond, Edward(Johnnie) Thurmond, Willie (Barbara)Williams, Albert(Ada) Gibson, Willie(Pigeon)Gibson, Shirley Gibson, Narion Greer, Ramona Williams, Thornton (June), Sedric Williams, Robert Williams, Terry Williams, Carolyn Williams, Marvin Greer, Angela(Sammie)Greer, Deloris Williams, Larry Williams, Charlie Williams, Dallas Williams, and Tyrone Williams; 50 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; A special grandson Richard "Main Main"(Mr. Clean) Williams.
