My sincere condolences go out to the Walker family. Francine was my classmate in the Price High Bi-centennial Class of 1976. As 8th graders, she and I were the only ones in our class to audition and make it into the Marching Wildcats Band. Fran played the xylophone (bells) and I played the clarinet. Back then we were pretty close having also been in the Area 2 Elementary Schools Marching Band. She was always friendly and I would visit her when she lived in Joyland. My biggest regret is that we lost touch after we graduated high school and for some reason we never connected again. Now she's moved on from this life. I will never forget the great memories I have of Francine LaFaye Walker. So on behalf of our class, I send up prayers for the family. May God give all of you comfort and peace as you adjust. -Angela D Mathews-
