Obituary For Eugene Irvin Hunt, Jr.

Eugene "Rock" Irvin Hunt, 58, of Richmond, took the stairway to Heaven on early Sunday morning March 5, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine and Eugene Hunt, Sr.; son, Jarad Abrams and sister, Marionette Jefferson. He is survived by his loving devoted wife, of 35 years, Mildred A. Hunt; son, Eugene Cheatham; two daughters, Alita and Mildred "Speedy" Toliver; five grandchildren, brother, Rodney Jones, aunt, Mary Jefferson, nephew, Jibrail Jefferson; host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 15 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
