Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Judy Youngblood will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023, 11:00 AM at West Mitchell Street, CME Church, 560 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30314. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VIEWING ON THURSDAY.

A decade ago, I was homeless on the Streets of Downtown Atlanta. One thing I had to look forward to twice a week was delicious home-cooked food from Ms. Youngblood's kitchen. I could always count on a word of encouragement and a good meal, along with the privilege of volunteering when I slowly began to get back on my feet. I am so sorry I didn't hear about Ms. Youngblood's passing in time. I certainly would have made the funeral. I offer my condolences to her family. Especially her grandson, who I met many times. He was her little sidekick. Thank you Ms. Youngblood for all the memories!
