Rosalind Adell Bowden, 83 passed on January 29, 2023 at Durham Regional Hospital in Durham, NC.

Funeral will be held 2:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2023 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay - Varina, NC 27526.

To me she was more than my big sister she was my heart.I will always remember she taught me how to ride a bike, how to cook, I remember she always gave me the best Christmas gifts.But most of all she took care of me . She was 15 yrs old when I was born. When she married she told me I would cry to go home with her.As I grow older and became a teenager and I got my first job. I would buy clothes just like a teen. One Christmas when I got my first pay check I went on a shopping spree for just me. When I saw her later and showed her all my things I had purchased. She looked at me and said remember all the times I gave you gifts over the years. From that day on every Christmas, birthday and any other special day I always always made sure she got a gift from me.I never forgot that I was her baby sister and how all my life she was there for me.She was more than a sister she was my mom. Lord please take care of my sister she was my angel that you gave me when there was no one else.I love you Chump want a day go by I want miss you.
