On Thursday morning 12:45 am, January 19,2023,Ms. Eliza Davis departed this life at Bellevue Hospital. Eliza Davis was born in Winnsboro, SC on March 3,1936. she was the daughter of the late George Davis and Odessa Hugh Davis, one sister Louise Ford of Winnsboro, SC, and one brother George Joyce Davis of Charlotte, NC. Eliza was preceded in death by three sisters, Ella, Jessie, Francie, three brothers James, willie, and Walter, two Daughters Darlene Woods and Tiara Davis and also the love of her life Charles D. Green. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving and devoted daughter Shirlene Davis, son Charles Davis, son-in-law Ray Crosby, nieces Sabrina Burley, June Burley, and Yvonne Miller. Nephews Willie White and Brian Dargon and a host of many more loving nieces and nephews. Granddaughters Porsche and Eliza Crosby, charity, Danielle, Giselle, Khadija, Gabriel, Malachi, and Eve. Grandsons Claudius Green, Kyle, Kadeem, Elijah, Latif, and Enoch Self. Great grandchildren Dior Nautica, Ashante, Kapri, Cheyann, Delilah, Cash, Chance, and Shaqwan. All that she loved deeply. Eliza a.k.a Nana, to everyone who loved her, was a very loving, caring, and welcoming woman with her arms open to any and everyone who needed her. She was there for everyone. she was definitely a "ride or die" and will be truly missed by everyone who encountered her during her life time. May Eliza Davis rest peacefully with the Lord in Heaven. Surely goodness & mercy shall follow me all the clays of my life; And I will dwell in the of the Lord forever. Psalm 23
