Charles Howard, 81, of Tifton Georgia entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at his residence in Tifton, Georgia.

Dear Mrs. Joan and family, Oh the stories I could tell let alone what Charles could tell on me. Mr. Charles was a gentleman's gentleman. My years with him at Horizon were tough, but oh how fun it was to have him along for the ride. Charles did not hide his Christian beliefs and that is one of the many things I admired about him.
