Paul (Pee Wee) Bynum age 64 of Iron Station, North Carolina transitioned on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at CaroMont Health in Gastonia, North Carolina.
He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on October 22, 1958 to the late June Bynum and Mary Neal Johnston Bynum.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two siblings, Larry Bynum and Mary Johnson. He attended Tuckers Grove United Methodist Church at an early age. Paul graduated from East Lincoln High School and was self employed with Covington Cleaning Services. He was a United States Army Veteran.
He leaves fond and loving memories in the hearts of his sister, Cordelia Bynum of Lincolnton, NC; three brothers, George Roger Bynum of the home; Cliff Bynum of Gastonia, NC; Roddy Dean Bynum (Kimberly) of Newton, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Paul was very quiet and humble. He enjoyed watching football.
There will be a public viewing on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
