Mrs. Ruby Carolyn Hord Watson, 74, of Cherryville, North Carolina was born November 28, 1948 in Gaston County, North Carolina and departed this life on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Caromount Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, North Carolina.

Funeral Arrangements Are As Follow:

PLACE: Friendship Christian Church, 221 Bradley Street, Gastonia, NC 28052

DATE & TIME: Sunday, January 29, 2023 @ 1:30 P.M.

VISITATION: At the church on Sunday thirty minutes prior to service from 1:00 until 1:30 P.M.

BURIAL: Armstrong Cemetery, 703 Osceola Street, Gastonia, NC 28054

Public Viewing at the funeral home on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M.

Carolyn was part of our class of 1962 as she supported all that we endeavored. Her sister Mary Ampley is a member of HHS class of 1962 and Carolyn very seldom missed supporting our class and her sister. They truly shared Sisterly LOVE and COMPANIONSHIP.
