Obituary For Mrs. Priscilla J. Hargrove

We knew little that morning that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. Mrs. Priscilla J. Hargrove, 77, of Macon, North Carolina departed this life on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at her residence.

Services for Mrs. Hargrove will be held on Thursday, February 02, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Service 149 Holland Bland Rd. Warrenton, North Carolina.

Mrs. Hargrove leaves to cherish her sweet memories ten children; Nellie Jiggetts of Wise, NC, Annie Hargrove of Henderson, NC, Mary Carter (Derrick) of Warrenton, NC, Rosa Hargrove and Joanna Hargrove of Warrenton, NC; Five sons William Hargrove (Kim), George Hargrove (Antionette), Jacob Hargrove (Trina), Donnell Hargrove (Keyta) and John Hargrove, Jr.; two grandchildren she raised as her own Sierra and Calvin Hargrove; two sons she called her son in law Victor Meadows and Purcell Langston; one sister Rosa Alston of Warrenton, NC; one sister in law Alice Hargrove of Warrenton, NC; One aunt Molly Jiggetts of Clarksville, VA; fifty eight grandchildren; sixty eight great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 01, 2023 from 12Noon-5 PM
