Elitrous Glenda Ollison Squires, 83, of New Bern passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC.

The Squires Family will receive friends at Oscar's Mortuary, Friday, January 27, 2023, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023, 11:00 AM at Mt. Olive M.B. Church, 9135 NC Hwy. 304, Mesic, NC. Interment services will be held in the The Jones Family Cemetery, Florence Community, Merritt, NC. She is survived by her sons, David Squires, Timothy Squires, Stuart Squires and Gene Squires; daughters, Demetris Thornton, Elitrous Squires and Kimberly Squires; brother, Benjamin Ollison; sisters, Altrice Tatum and Carolyn Aguyapong; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

The procession will depart from Oscar's Mortuary at 10:00 AM.
