Jacqueline (Jackie) Scherea Cooler was born on Monday, September 25, 1972 to Fred Austin, Sr and Love Ann Cooler. She attended and graduated from the Flagler County School system. Jackie was a resident of Volusia County until 2012. She then moved to Orlando until her death. Jackie loved fashion and cosmetology. She was always in the latest styles and her appearance was an eyecatcher. Her number one priority was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren. She was a mother to her brothers. She also loved home interior. Animal print was her favorite color. She took the Master’s Hand on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at Orlando Health. Jackie is preceded in death by her father: Fred (Jackie) Douglas Austin, Sr., mother: Love Ann Cooler, brother: Terrance Antonio Dennis and grandparents: Pauline Cooler and Oscar and Mary Gillyard.

The Cooler family will receive friends and the community 6-7 p.m., Friday, January 13, at the Felix Coleman Memorial Chapel in Hastings. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, January 14 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 108 Knox Jones Rd in Espanola, Abram S. Jones, Pastor. Interment will be held in Masonic Cemetery in Palm Coast.
