During my years at Tuskegee Institute I had the HONOR of being connected to Sheila's mother Sister Austin...her kindness and care for the students was clear and especially the spiritual life of the students. I was one of the Founders of the Tuskegee Gospel Ensemble, but my life did not reflect the realness of the songs we sung. However, Sister Austin and Elder/Pastor Austin yet showed love and kindness. After all these years connecting with Sister Sheila was rewarding and refreshing! Her love for the Lord and her authenticity was always coming through. She LOVED the Tuskegee Gospel Ensemble and I will forever hold dear our conversations. My wife Pastor Jahnjae when we were students at Tuskegee was APOSTOLIC SAVED!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ and prayed me into the Kingdom...she attended Pentecostal Faith until she moved to Montgomery and became a part of Greater Macedonia...It was because of the foundational teachings and love of the Austin family we are even more sound and secure in our ministry and mission for Christ...Sheila will ALWAYS be held dear in our hearts and our prayers will abound for the Austin and Dansou families...Love...Always!!!
