Funeral service for John Bell, Jr. 91, will be Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11 am at the 16th and Noble Street Church of Christ with Brother MArvin Jones, officiating.
Interment will follow in New Hope CME Church Cemetery, Bynum. Mr. Bell passed away on December 24, 2022. Mr. Bell's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service.
Mr. Bell was a member of 16th & Noble Street Church of Christ. He was a Mason & Carpenter. After retiring Mr. Bell continued to work at Johnny Ray Enterprises, Eastaboga, until the age of 89.
Survivors include his sons: John Bell, James Bell, Willie (Belinda) Bell; daughters: Francinia Frazier, Linda (Billy) Brown, Lorethea Garrett; 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; special cousin, Rex (Vanessa) Bell; a special friend, Connie Holiday and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. Bell and Lizzy Madison Bell, wife's Anna Ruth Bell, Sue Ellen Bell, brother, Willie (Cameria Knox) Bell, and son-in-law James Frazier.
