Funeral service for Contina LaSonya Anderson 44 "Kitty", will be Wednesday, December 21, at 1:30 pm at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Carlton Phillips, officiating.

Interment will follow in Jennifer Cemetery. Ms. Anderson passed away on December 12, 2022 at Regional Medical Center. Ms. Anderson's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service.

Ms. Anderson graduated from Anniston High School in the Class of 1996. She was last employed at Oxford Walmart. Ms. Anderson was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons: Chadrick (Myeshia) Anderson and Christian Anderson; her grandchildren: Camauri Anderson and Camya Anderson, step siblings: Vonshel Elston, Derek Elston, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Fairfax and Shirley Anderson Elston.
