Obituary For Coach Calvin Hunter

Hunter, Mr. Calvin, A resident of Autaugaville, AL departed this life on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 1:00PM from Autaugaville High School Gymnasium, Pastor Geno Tolliver, officiating. Burial will follow in Old Kingston Baptist Churchyard Cemetery.

Coach Hunter will lie in state on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home from 1-8PM, and at the school on Saturday one hour prior to services.

NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service

Coach my 1st cousin and just more than that to me I really thought a lot of coach he was there for me in many ways I will never forget him and I am going to miss him he always talked about building the store back that was his goal but in my heart 💜 the store is still there along with him .
