To the Davenport Family: On behalf of my family, we take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Bridget S Davenport. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family, and friends of the family during this period of great sadness. No this is not a day in which we have been looking for. No ones likes to hear about the reporting of anyone dying. And yet for the human family, this is what we have had to face for over 6000 years. Very soon the reporting of news will be a thing of the past. God has given us His personal promise that He would soon bring all forms of suffering to a complete end. (Revelation 21:3-4) Why just think that in the future days to come our enemy death will be a thing that no longer affects the human family. However that is another promise that God wants all to be made aware of. That promise deals with the restoring of life back to our departed loved ones. This comforting promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In these two verses, God tells us that He would cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave to stand up in life again. Really this promise serves as a personal guarantee that the restoring of life would take place. Yes persons like Bridget, and a great host of others will have the future hope of standing up in life again. This arrangement will be possible because God is the source of life for all created life. Even if a person dies, God has the power and the desire to make that person whole again. To the Davenport family and friends, just imagine how you will be able to witness with your very eyes Bridget others standing up in life again. To help all to develop strong faith in this future arrangement, God has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the grand resurrection blessing that is ever so near at hand. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses apply to Bridget, and billions upon billions of people world wide. So in closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Always remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)SJK5E
