Just for you Clutch, you never missed calling me on Mother's Day or my birthday and I never missed calling you on your birthday. Yeah we talked occasionally in between, sometimes just because we thought of each other, but you never came to New Bern without our family times on the front porch!

To the memories of my wonderful cousin Clutch. Every time our paths were met, you always acknowledged me with, "hey cuz, you looking good." You always gave me the hug of love like you really meant it. You told the truth and didn't cut any corners. May you sleep in heavenly peace, I will miss you. To the entire Barfield and Taylor families, I'm praying for all of us during this difficult time. God will take care of us all. Mrs. Pamela Simmons Beatty, Durham, North Carolina.
