Obituary For Shirley Talley

Shirley Talley 73, passed on October 20, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Vandy Ellis and Mamie

Culbreath. She was the mother of one son, the late Cecil Tinsley (Mr. Clean). She was retired from Spartanburg Regional Hospital system. She leaves to cherish three brothers, Albert Kelly (Dolores), Troy Lee Watts, Kenneth Watts. Sister Pearl Means. And a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by: her three brothers, David Kelly Sr, James Devon Watts, Joey Watts.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2256 Cannons Campground Rd., Drayton, SC.
