Obituary For Joe Williams

Joe Louis Williams, 85, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022.

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with the Reverend Richard Battle, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.

Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

Dear Cousins: My mom and I visited Uncle Joe a couple or so weeks ago while he was in the hospital. I had no idea that would be the last time he would make me laugh. These last two years have been extremely difficult for our entire family. May we find comfort, though, in knowing that God promised never to leave or forsake us. You are in my prayers now and ALWAYS!
