Maxine L. Harvey, 78, of Richmond, died October 16, 2022. Surviving are her son, Dwayne Harvey; two nieces, Michelle Arrington and Michelle Lightfoot; two nephews, Michael and Andrew Harvey; other relatives and friends, devoted Jacqueline Cummings. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Wednesday, December 28 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, December 29 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
