We sorrowfully announce the transition from mortality to immortality of Martin J. Brown, Sr. on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in the Emory-St. Joseph Medical Center, Atlanta, GA. Martin, 36, was the husband of Danielle Hamilton Brown. He was the son of Diane Brown and Albert Griffin. Martin was a native of the Jonesville community of Yemassee and attended the public schools of Colleton County, SC. At his demise, he resided in metro Atlanta where he was employed as a Maintenance Supervisor in the housing industry. Martin was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and loved one. While he has moved from these earthly shores, his essence shall forever abide with those who knew and loved him.

The hours of visitation are 5 - 7 pm on Tuesday October 18th in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICES: WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19TH TWELVE OCLOCK NOON IN THE MT. NEBO BAPTIST CHURCH, 22 JONESVILLE AVENUE, YEMASSEE,SC. BURIAL IN THE MT. NEBO CEMETERY.

ALL SERVICES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC COVID 19 GUIDELINES..FACIAL COVERINGS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.
