Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 2:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Devontae Haigler, officiating. Ms. Washington will lie in state on Friday from 1-8PM, and Saturday 9-2PM from Phillips- Riley Funeral Home.
