“Blessed are they that mourn; for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4 Keith, “Kemo”, or “PopPop”, as he was called by his family and friends, was truly a unique man. He believed that life is short and often brutal, and the best way to combat this was with a good laugh and an ability to appreciate the small moments of joy, despite any circumstances. He faith in God gave him strength and courage to withstand life’s pitfalls and snares. A TIME TO BE BORN: Reginald Keith Fulton was born on April 23, 1965 in Sylvester, Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. Ozell and Irene Polk Fulton. He was the fifth child, the “baby of the bunch”. A TIME TO LEARN: Keith was educated in the Worth County Public School System and graduated from Worth County High School in 1983. He worked for over thirty years in different industrial and textile companies. In his later years, Keith became a transport driver for Griffin Chevrolet and Volume Power Sports. A TIME TO SERVE: Keith loved God. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and joined the Macedonia Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Lester Knox. It was at Macedonia where Keith began his laboring in God’s vineyard. He served faithfully in whatever capacity he was called upon to work in. Keith was ordained as a Deacon on June 5, 2022. His life would never be the same. A LEGACY: Keith was united in Holy Matrimony with his high school sweetheart, Jennett Green, on July 2, 1981. This union was blessed with two sons and five grandchildren. The Lord blessed Keith in two ways: to connect with a deep love and compassion for everyone he met and to have a great sense of humor; that, coupled with his warm smile, genuine ways, and the passion for the Word of God, helped him to make friends easily. A TIME TO DIE: The Master called His servant home from Labor to Reward on October 10, 2022 at Phoebe Worth Medical Center in Sylvester, Georgia. The work Keith has done has truly spoken for him.
