"Papa Wolfe", as I called him, will be greatly missed. I've known him since I was about 5 years old. When I met him I was so excited to me THE SUPER WOLFE from Kix 96!!! He talked to me and gave me a dollar. Every time I'd see him after that while I was a child I'd ask for that dollar! And every time he obliged! :) As I got older I spent a lot of time at he and Denise's home as a close friend of their son, Ray. I enjoyed Wolfe's conversation and the lessons he taught, Denise's cooking and wisdom, and their pool in the summers. When Denise got sick my husband and I frequently visited them at Vanderbilt and rehabilitation centers in Nashville. Wolfe was right there, EVERY time. My husband would keep his hair cut for him and we continued to share great conversations and make memories. We talked about God and community a lot. After Denise passed I kept in touch with Wolfe more frequently and tried to see him as often as I could which was mainly via FaceTime on our phones. I just wanted to share some memories here. To the family- you have my sincere prayers and condolences. Wolfe was an awesome man and a father figure to me. I will never forget him! -LaToya W. (Brent) Jones, Nashville, Tn
