Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Jacobs, of Atlanta, will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood, GA.

Mrs. Jacobs is survived by her husband, Mr. Norris Gresham; daughter, Melanie Ballard (Craig); sons, Brian Keith Jacobs, and Baron Terrell Jacobs; siblings, Cora Jacobs Cloud, Leon Jacobs, Sarah Jacobs Finch (Phillip), Mary Ann Fulton (Ernest), and Gary Alfonso Jacobs; her beloved grandchildren, Isis Diane Jacobs, and Essence Amiah Jacobs; sister-in-law, Joyce Gresham; and a host of other relatives, extended family and close friends.
