Jesse Q. Daniel, Jr., 68, of Richmond, died October 2, 2022. Surviving are two sisters, Jacquelyn D. Monroe and Wanda E. Daniel; brother, Kenneth L. Daniel; two aunts, Evelyn Murphy and Pauline Marshall; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, October 7 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 8 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
