Billie "Sue" Darling, 66, was born on January 22,1956 to Gladys Cale and Willie “Bill” Towns. Sue gained her wings peacefully on September 16, 2022 at the age of 66. She was greeted in heaven by her Son Melvin, Her Parents Gladys Cale and Willie “Bill” Towns Sisters; Phyllis Macon and Willie (Bell) Towns, Brothers; Arthur Towns and Pierce Groce Nieces; Darcina and Francina Gross, Nephew; Cedric Towns, GreatGreat Niece Zyliyah. She is survived by her husband Willis Darling, Sister; Linda Towns; family and friends too numerous to name.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 12:00 -1:00 PM at Unity Mortuary with the Celebration of Life to begin at 1:00 PM with Bishop Alonzo Rodgers officiating.

The final resting place will be at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery 2200 East Gov. John Sevier Highway Knoxville, Tennessee, 37920 on Monday October 3,2022 at 10:00 a.m. The family will assemble Saturday at 11:15 AM at 867 James Davis Ave Knoxville, TN 37921. A dove release will conclude the service.
