Shelby, Mr. Mozell, A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on September 17, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 2:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Clifford Zeigler, officiating. Burial will follow in Kindle Cemetery. Mr. Shelby will lie in state on Friday from 1-8PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
