Praying for comfort and strength for the family. Mrs. Clara has been my neighbor over 60 plus years and she was the best neighbor anyone could have. Never had a word of disagreement in anything we did or said. She has watched me grow from childhood to adulthood. Never held a conversation without her talking about the Lord. Upper Langston Hughes Drive residents are going to miss her dearly. Willease and family

Although I cannot imagine the pain that you may be feeling at this time, I offer these words which I hope may comfort you: "And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast". 1 Peter 5:10 Know that she will always be present in your memories and in your heart. A bright shining light has been dimmed in the lives of members of the G.W. Carver High School Class of 1955. We will always fondly remember Clara Wagner as a quiet and friendly classmate who was a delight to have as a friend. Her smile was radiant and her friendship was sincere. We all loved Clara and we still do. May she be lifted by angel wings by Angels like herself, on her flight to Heaven. With love everlasting, GWC'55

Condolences to the family. Just remember that God in His infinite grace will be with you & will guide you through these difficult times. Praying that you will find peace & strength in His wonderful Love. One of my memories of Clara Jenkins, is that she was very instrumental in helping myself, Kelly Lambert & Barbara Evans to be the first ones to start the Burkville Neighborhood Watch. When asked she readily agreed & didn't hesitate to help us go about canvassing the neighborhood. And for that I will always be eternally grateful. God bless you all!!!! Your Neighbor, Mrs Debra Harris
