Jaquita Shaunte Bess, age 41, of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned peacefully on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Atrium Health-Main, Charlotte, North Carolina.

She was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on February 16, 1981 to Harold Jay Ramseur and Leticia Bess.

Quita graduated from Lincolnton High School, class of 1999. She was employed at Crate & Barrel in Customer Service. Jaquita was a member of Greater Works Deliverance Center.

Funeral Service is Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Maiden Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. There will be a public walk through at the Funeral Home on Friday from 5:30 until 7:00 pm.
