Bernard Burgess, Sr. 75, husband of Yvonne D. Madison Burgess, died Sunday, August 14, 2022 at McLeod Health Clarendon in Manning, SC. He was born February 3, 1947 in Manning, SC. A son of the late General Lee and Willie Carter Burgess.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St., Manning, SC.
