A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 12:00 noon from Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 2334 Pettus Road, Hope Hull, AL 36043. FACE MASK ARE REQUESTED. Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Ada, AL. Washington, Pike Road, AL and Dexter J. Jackson, Montgomery, AL; a sister, Diane Griffin, Montgomery, AL; brothers, Darryl Harris, Montgomery, AL., and Willie Albert Bell, GA; two sisters-in-law: Nellie R. (Matt) Palmer, Sprague, AL.; Daisy L. (Rev. John) Brazil, Montgomery, AL; brother-in-law, Eugene (Florence) Huffman, Boston, MA.; three grandchildren (Ma Ma/Pa Pa’s babies) whom she loved with all of her heart: Alayah Washington (Layah Bug), Atlanta, GA.; Jaylen Washington (Jay Bug), Mt. Pleasant, IA.; and Dylan Jackson (Pootie Man) 7 months, Montgomery, AL; six nieces, four nephews; an uncle: Willie Patterson of Wycliff, OH, great-aunt, Emma Belser; stepbrothers: Charlie (Wanda) Jones, Matthew Jones, Manuel Jones, all of Montgomery, AL., and a host of cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
