Mr. Gregory LaSelle Steward Shropshire, age 51, of Rome transitioned August 5, 2022.
The family and the 100 Black Men of Rome-NWGA would like to invite the public and friends to join them for a time to reflect and remember this dynamic public servant. We will Celebrate the Life of Mr. Shropshire on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 12 Noon at the Floyd Campus of Georgia Highlands College (3175 Cedartown Hwy. Rome Ga 30161). The location of the event will take place in Floyd Campus Gymnasium. The Service Theme "A Life Worth Celebrating" is an opportunity for the public to show how much Mr. Gregory L. Shropshire meant to the entire community.

It still is hard for me to believe that Greg Shropshire is no longer with us. He was a man of integrity who passionately and tirelessly worked for what was best for this community especially for the youth of the community.
